The LM465 is small, 2¾" tall by 2¼" wide by 1¼" deep module.  The front of the module has the two familar setting dials.  The unit code is set by the top dial, the housecode is set by the bottom dial.  The bottom of the unit has a 2 prong receptacle to plug in your light.

Note that it is a 2 prong outlet!  This module is designed for to control standard incandescent light bulbs.  This module is a "dimmable" module that can control the light  level of an incandescent bulb.  You SHOULD NOT use this with CFL (compact fluorescent lights), halogen lights, etc. because the dimming circuitry is not compatible with these devices.  You will see also probably see a red warning sticker telling you that this is for lamps only, no appliances.  If you are looking to plug in an appliance or a grounded (3 prong) plug use a AM466 module.
